Meet
Will Choui
Will Choui is a furniture designer based in Montreal, Quebec. He graduated from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in 2020 with an MFA in furniture design. He is not a control freak, but his work is freakishly controlled. Nothing is left to luck or hazard. He uses Platonic solids and universal shapes in combination with clean, slick, sometime soft, materials to create finite pieces of furniture. His work is in a constant battle with itself, always going from one extreme to the other, it reflects the designer's ongoing and open-ended journey that will probably never stop evolving.
